Thought I would send along some more fabulous holiday recipes. I hope your turkey day is amazing.
2- 8 oz pkgs of Cream Cheese softened
1 8 –oz pkg of goat cheese
1 to 2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves crushed
3 tablespoons pesto, well drained
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
Line 1- quart soufflé dish or loaf pan with plastics wrap. Place cream cheese, goat cheese and garlic in food processor or blender container; process until well blended. Add oil and thyme; blend well. Place one- third of cheese mixture in soufflé dish; cover with pesto. Top with remaining cheese mixture. Cover; chill
Unmold; remove plastic wrap. Smooth side. Garnish with fresh herbs and additional red peppers, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers or French Bread.
Prep Time: 15 minutes plus chilling.

8 Bacon Slices crisply cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup (1 ½ ozs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon of milk
2 8 oz cans of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon cold water
Preheat oven to 375 f. Beat. Cream cheese bacon, parmesan cheese, onion, parsley and milk in small mixung bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Separate dough into eight rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal. Spread each rectangle with 2 rounded measuring tablespoons cream cheese mixture.
Cut each rectangle in half diagonally; repeat with opposite corners. Cut in half crosswise to form six triangles. Roll up triangles, starting at the short ends. Place on greased cookie sheet; brush with combined egg and water. Sprinkle with poppey seed, if desired. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Christmas Ribbon
2 packages 4 serving size each or 1 package 8 serving size of Jell-O brand Gelatin, Strawberry Flavor
3 cups boiling water
2/3 cup sour cream or plain or vanilla yogurt
2 packages 4 serving size each or 1 package of the 8 serving size of Jell-O Brand Gelatin Lime Flavor.
Dissolve Strawbery Flavor Gelatin in 2 ½ cups of boiling water. Pour 1 ½ cups gelatin in 2 ½ cups of the boiling water. Pour 1 ½ cups gelatin ino 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 30 minutes. Chill remaining gelatin in bowl until slightly thickened; gradually blend in 1/3 cup of sour cream. Spoon over gelatin in Mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes.
Repeat with lime flavor gelatin remaining 2 ½ cups of boiling water abd 1/3 cup sour cream, chilling dissolved gelatin before meausrin and pouring into mold. Chill as least 2 hours. Un Mold

Chill time 3 hours.
