A Few VIP Tix Still Left For “Bump” and “Shake Your Ghoul Thing”

October 18, 2012• bySeattle Gay Scene

Halloween is always on October 31 but the biggest parties tend to happen on the Saturday BEFORE Halloween and so this year, October 27th is the “train wreck” day/night where you have some tough decisions to make…There are several major events going on that night and you need to figure out which ones you’re going to  and plan accordingly. (And, we know a lot of you will be hitting up more than one…)

Two of the biggest ones, are Gay City’s annual “BUMP!” which is moving to Neumos this year, which is so convenient for bar/club/event hopping. (And, don’t forget that Q is the host for the BUMP after party in addition to serving up a special edition of The Playground, their Saturday night party, with very special guests DJ Sleazy McQueen and “RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Star” Manila Luzon! And, the party continues past 2am with their new late night, BENDER, which means no-booze but the 18+ crowd can attend…) Here’s the skinny on BUMP!

VIP tickets are selling fast, and have limited availability. Included in the price of VIP admission is a dedicated VIP lounge overlooking dance floor, 2 drinks courtesy of Pearl Vodka, a $20 discount from Uber for first time riders, sexy giveaways, delicious bites, complimentary coat check, and the fabulous Seattle Gay Scene photo booth experience.
Spinning on the turntables will be Q Capitol Hill and Cuff resident DJ Almond Brown, and Bottom Forty resident DJ Spaceotter. Hitting the stage at midnight will be the cast of the Chandelier Theatre Company’s revival of the Rocky Horror Show, and the festivities will be led by your emcee, the trashy fabulous Honey Buckét!
Saturday, Oct 27 / 9pm – 2am
Neumos (925 E Pike St)
Tickets
General Admission: $30 ADV / $40 Door
VIP: $65 ADV / $75 Door
Advance Tickets on sale at Moe Bar + etix.com
If you’re in the mood for something different and scary in a maritime sort of way, there’s DJ Disco Vinnie’s huge annual SHAKE YOUR GHOUL THING party which is happening in the Seattle Maritime Museum down on Pier 66 on Alaskan Way. It’s spooky fun and a benefit for Seattle Counseling Services. Hosted by Mama Tits with many guests, they’ve also just announced this line-up of hunky go-go boys. VIP tix are going fast for this party, too, so don’t be tardy to this party.
We are very excited for our new venue, the Maritime Museum at Bell Harbor (at Pier 66 no less!). There are so many fun nooks and crannies here, and ALL of the exhibits will be functional. Our theme will be Ghost Ship which seems fitting for Seattle, and the three educational movie rooms will be converted to Horror Movie theatres all playing some of scariest water th

emed horror movies.

We are also SUPER EXCITED to have the fabulous Brian Daniels as the one and only MAMA TITS, Seattle’s own Skyscraper Hostess. Host of the fabulous Mimosa’s With Mama every Sunday at The Grill on Broadway, she and her troupe of entertainers including the bobble head diva Tipsy Rose Lee and the devastating Atasha Manilla will keep you in stitches all night long fashizzle.

Yours truly, DJ Disco Vinnie, will be on board all night as well spinning the best dance videos. And YES, I will play Call Me Maybe!!

Ticket prices this year are two levels as follows:

$36 General Admission – NO HOST BAR.
$66 Limited VIP Admission – includes 2 Premium Drinks tickets, private Captains Bridge access and and exquisite hors d’ourves and desserts all night long. Very limited and will run out fast.

VIP is 99% sold out!!!!
Get your tickets HERE!

As always, three costume categories will be awarded prize packages valued well over $1000.00, so get your creative caps going.

It would also behoove you to check out our Halloween 2012 Calendar of Events to find more options for spooky fun….after all, Halloween is all about wearing slutty costumes and getting tipsy boots at fun events!
