We mentioned yesterday that this coming Thursday, October 11th is one of those “train wreck” days with multiple “must see” events all happening at the same time…The Seattle Lesbian & Gay Film Festival debuts with “Struck by Lightning” and “Wicked” opens at The Paramount and then there’s a very exciting fashion event happening at The Triple Door…our new fashion contributor, local fashion and costume designer Jamie Von Stratton has put together the “J. Von Stratton Fashion Show” to benefit a terrific local charity, Washington Women in Need, a local non-profit that assists low income women and single mothers. And, not only will their be a Fashion Show, but the clothing in the show will be available for purchase via a live silent auction during the show. The holidays are coming; a perfect opportunity to get your holiday wardrobe NOW!
Naturally the fantastic fashions of Ms Von Stratton will be the focus of the event, but she’s lined up some amazing models and performers to showcase those fashions…Check out the line-up:
