Mo Wave Kicks Off Into High Gear…Birfday Fun At The Eagle…Q Fun…Heavy Flow At The ‘Rose

Glitterbang is one of the treats at ‘Mo Wave at Chop Suey tonight.

You can escape the grey by going inside and drinking and groovin’ to music tonight. The Mo Wave Queer Arts Festival gets musical starting this evening with a Happy Hour kick-off at Pony at 5pm but the main event is up the street at Chop Suey with Queen Mookie as the hostess for the line-up that includes:

Again, the doors open at 9pm with no cover, then it goes to $10 and Q is open past 2am (sans booze) when they let the 18+ crowd in. And, in our style book, we spell it: S-E-P-U-L-C-H-R-E but maybe they do things differently in Berlin.

Finally, at The Wildrose, it’s “Heavy Flow” the very special 80s dance party produced by DJ Tony Burns that has nothing to do with menstruation. It features special guest DJ Queen Lucky and a lot of great tunes from a decade that was sort of awful but full of great tunes.
