Three Dollar Bill Wraps Up Summer With “Teen Witch”

Seattle's favorite "teen" witch, the luridly talented MINERVA MARKOS will probably not be at Three Dollar Bill's screening of "Teen Witch" tonight at Cal Anderson Park. It would be "triggering" for her. Photo: Kat Jacobs

You know summer is almost fork ready when it’s time for Three Dollar Bill Cinema to screen their LAST free outdoor movie in Cal Anderson Park of the year. It’s happening tonight, Friday August 22 around 8:30pm (but, if you want a prime viewing location, get there a lot earlier than that!). More Poo:

This is a smoke-free event. Bring low-backed chairs or blankets for seating, please.

Hot popcorn, cold drinks, candy, and other concessions for sale on site. Limited lawnchair rentals available. Proceeds benefit Three Dollar Bill Cinema’s efforts throughout the year to provide voices and visibility for the LGBT community through film and video. More info at www.threedollarbillcinema.org

Oh, and the movie is the immortal classique, TEEN WITCH!!!!

(Despite our photo, no, it’s not “The Minerva Markos Story”. She’s not  a teen. She just plays one in our nightmares.)

(Also: we have no idea what this film is about…we’re surmising it has something to do with young witches and their skin problems. Maybe Atomic Cosmetics could help?)
