Boylesque Festival Returns To Seattle

It was so popular last year that they’re comin’ back for 2016…the producers of New York City’s Boylesque Festival (now 5 years old), Jen Gapay of Thirsty Girl Productions and Daniel Nardicio, are giving Seattle what they crave: The 2nd Annual Seattle Boylesque Festival, returning to Re-bar and The Triple Door on April 28th & 29th!

From the Press Release, the scheduled line of awesomeness:

The festival kicks off on Thursday April 28th with it’s Teaser Party, hosted by Seattle’s own Ernie Von Schmaltz at the legendary Re-Bar!  The party features over a dozen local and national performers and is sure to get your motor started for the weekend! Performers include The Brotherhood of Boylesque (Colorado) Al Lykya (Seattle), Beau Creep (Canada), Jesus La Pinga (Seattle), Major Suttle Tease (UK), Willy LaQueue (Chicago), Marquis Facade (Seattle), Jimmie Swagger (Chicago) EmpeRoar Fabulous (Seattle), Fosse Jack & Apollo Vidra (Seattle), and TheGla Monster (Chicago) and Will Longfellow, (Portland)!

Join us Friday April 29th for the festivals Main Event at The Triple Door, hosted by BenDeLaCreme! This stellar line up features international, national and local superstars including:  Waxie Moon (Seattle), Tito Bonito (LA), 2 to Fly (NYC) Mod Carousel (Seattle), Izohnny (Portland),Jacques Patriaque (Vienna) Paris Original (Seattle),  The Luminous Pariah (Seattle),  Trojan Original (Seattle), Isaiah Esquire (Portland) Johnny Nuriel (Portland) Jonny Porkpie (NYC), Eddie Van Glam (Seattle), Ambrose Martos (NYC),  Joshua Dean (NYC), Ben Franklin (NYC), Ernie Von Schmaltz (Seattle) and Matt Knife (NYC)!

The Teaser Party is hosted by Ernie Von Schmaltz at Re-bar, (1104 Howell Street in the Heart of Seattle’s Meat District). Doors are at 7pm/Show at 8pm. $15 in advance and $20 at the door. 21+ w/ID.

The Main Event will be hosted by BenDeLaCreme at The Triple Door, 216 Union Street, with doors at 5:30 pm and 10 pm/shows at 7 pm and 10:30 pm respectively. Tickets $25 GA, $30 at the door and $40 VIP adv, $45 at the door.
