Imminent Mode
Lots to do tonight in Gay Seattle including the Capitol Hill Art Walk which includes the latest installment of IMMINENT MODE, the super fun art/fashion collective that puts on an event every summer. This year’s show is called FAST FORWARD and once again takes place at Vermillion Art Gallery and Bar, 1508 11th Ave, between Pike and Pine on Capitol Hill. There’s also an after party at Machinewerks!

Celebrating its 5th anniversary, IMMINENT MODE looks to the future in FAST FORWARD, asking teams to imagine how society, politics, science, religion, and the environment will impact fashion in the next century – and beyond.
IMMINENT MODE is a platform for artists and designers to play with the juxtaposition of creative expression; bringing different mediums together to create a work of wearable art, and gallery installation, based on a chosen theme.
Opening reception August 8th at Vermillion Gallery for Capitol Hill ArtWalk; on-street fashion show at 8:00pm sharp, and after-party in The Mercury @ Machinewerks for a special take-over of BERLIN10: IMMINENT MODE featuring the artwork of IMMINENT MODE artists with drinking and dancing throughout the night.
