Gay Singer/Songwriter Jake Wesley Rogers Returns To Seattle And Big Show At Neumos

February 12, 2023• byMichael Strangeways

Adorable gay cutie pie singer/songwriter JAKE WESLEY ROGERS is an up and comer and he already wowed Seattle audiences when he made an appearance at Seattle PrideFest last June. He then opened for Panic! at the Disco on their recent worldwide tour. Now the young star is headlining his own club “Peace Love and Pluto Tour” and its already selling out gigs all over the place including his March 14th show at McMenamin’s Mission Theatre in Portland.

Happily, you can still grab tickets to his Seattle show on Thursday, March 16th at Neumos on Capitol Hill. Tickets are only $25 and you can snag them at https://www.axs.com/events/453608/jake-wesley-rogers-tickets

I’ve already raved over Jake in previous posts. He’s a talented songwriter with a terrific voice and passionate personality.

Also: he’s from Kansas City. We like that.

Here’s his hot song “Pluto”.

About the Author: Michael Strangeways

As the Editorial Director/Co-Owner, Michael Strangeways writes, edits and does about a million other jobs for Seattle Gay Scene, Puget Sound's most visited LGBTQ news, arts and entertainment website now celebrating its 14th year as a media outlet. A semi-proud Midwesterner by birth, he's lived in Seattle since 2000. He's also a film producer who would like you to check out the Jinkx Monsoon documentary, "Drag Becomes Him" now available on Amazon.com. In his spare time, he gets slightly obsessive about his love for old movies, challenging theater, "otters", vodka, chocolate, "I,Claudius", Lizzie Borden, real books made out of paper, disaster films, show tunes, Weimar era Germany, flea markets, pop surrealistic art, the sex lives of Hollywood actors both living and dead, kitties, chicken fried steak, haute couture and David Bowie. But, not necessarily in that order.
