Lifelong’s Painting the Town Red For Gay Bingo On December 1st!

Normally, Lifelong does their big gay bingo fundraiser at the first of the year but this year, they’re doing it on Friday, December 1st to coincide with World AIDS Day 2023!

Other than that, nothing else seems to be changing: same hostess (Aleksa Manila) and same DJ (Disco Vinnie) and same venue (Fremont Studios).

So exciting to keep things EXACTLY the same all the time!!!

AND, to refresh memories or inform the young, LIFELONG is the 40 year old non-profit born out of a need to help those living with AIDS. Northwest AIDS Foundation, Chicken Soup Brigade, and Evergreen Wellness Advocates all eventually grew out of that need to do something about and for those with HIV/AIDS in a time when the Powers That Be were dragging their feet…those groups merged into Lifelong and while the mandate has changed over the years as HIV/AIDS has become a manageable disease, the non-profit continues its work in helping those in need of food, nutrition, and advocacy.

This special winter edition of Gay Bingo will be held on World AIDS Day as we celebrate the lives of loved ones lost and raise funds to ensure people living with HIV today receive the care they need to live their healthiest lives.
