Dining Out For Life Is Thursday!

September 21, 2025• byMichael Strangeways

A very popular yearly event is back! Lifelong’s DINING OUT FOR LIFE returns to Seattle on Thursday, September 25th at restaurants all over the city! It’s the yearly fundraiser for Lifelong (which also happens in communities all over the country) which raises money for non-profits that support people with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses! There’s more info below and go to the website to find a restaurant near you that is participating in this year’s event!

Gemini Room, The Honey Hole, Oddfellows, Stroup Brewing, Terra Plata, and Union Bar on Capitol Hill are all taking part plus other favorites around town including Lumber Yard Bar in White Center, Cafe Flora in Madison Valley and El Chupacabra in Phinney Ridge, and Tutta Bella in Columbia City.

Have a meal, Nourish Your Neighbors

Dining Out For Life
is a beloved one-day fundraising event that unites Seattle’s vibrant dining scene in support of people living with HIV.

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, restaurants, cafes, and bars across the city will donate a percentage of their sales to Lifelong, helping provide vital services like medically tailored meals, housing, and health care to our neighbors living with HIV and other serious illnesses.

When you dine out, you’re not just enjoying a great meal — you’re nourishing our community.

5 Ways to Get Involved

  1. Partner – Are you a restaurant, brewery, or café? We’d love to have you join us! Sign up to become a Dining Out For Life partner here.

2. Dine – On Thursday, September 25, dine out at a participating restaurant and a percentage of your bill will be donated to Lifelong to support those living with HIV and other life challenging illnesses. [View the list of participating restaurants below]

3. Give – Can’t dine out that day? You can still make a difference. Donate directly to support Lifelong here.

4. Volunteer – Become a Dining Out For Life Ambassador! Invite your friends, family, and coworkers to dine out and help spread the word. (More info coming soon.)

5. Sponsor – Join us as an event sponsor and show your commitment to health equity. For details, contact Caroline Roers at caroliner@lifelong.org.
