The Kinsey Sicks: Winnie Kinsey Sicks, Rachel Kinsey Sicks, Trixie Kinsey Sicks and Trampolina Kinsey Sicks are LIVE at The Triple Door!
They’re back every year or so….like the swallows at San Capistrano or the leather sluts at Folsom Street Fair. The delightful musical comedy parody group, “The Kinsey Sicks” return to Seattle for a gig TONIGHT (Monday, June 15, 2015) at The Triple Door. You’ve probably seen them on the tv or maybe in Vegas but “America’s Favorite Dragapella® Beautyshop Quartet” is sure to win your HEART with their grace and their humor and their ability to sing REALLY well while doing hag drag!
MORE breathless marketing info!
Prepare to be amazed (or appalled) by The Kinsey Sicks’ latest and greatest dragtastic a cappella musical, described as “Rent on nitrous oxide” by the Washington Post. This collection of 21 new songs is a frightful mix of shocking original songs and unforgivable parodies of favorites like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, A Whole New World and What Does the Fox Say. Throw in not one, but TWO Carol King numbers and two of the most popular songs of recent years (Happy and Let it Go) and you’ve got an outrageous mix of flaming and fabulous that’s promises something to mortify everyone before the night is over. The Sicks gleefully dance right across the line of political correctness on stage at Seattle’s The Triple Door in a show that’s sure to release your inner drag queen.
The show is at 7:30 pm tonight (June 15) with doors at 6 pm and it’s 17+. You can snatch $30 tickets HERE or, if you hurry, sneak over to Goldstar and grab $15 tickets and save some $$$ for Pride, which is only 2 weeks away now.
YIKES!
Take a local queen with you so you have the added joy of listening to them jealously bitch about the Kinsey’s poor make-up skillz while secretly lamenting that they (The Kinseys) are professional, full time drag superstars who make about 30 times what some sad, fat ole thing makes hosting LeFaux….
