The Gay Uncle Time – LADY SINGS THE BLUES!
January 6, 2016 @ 7:00 pm
Seattle’s Monthly Celebration of Pop, Camp, Gay, Underground and Trash Culture of the 60’s & 70’s and BEYOND returns in January with a look at the Ladies of Pop, Soul, Jazz and Blues as we focus in on the Legendary Diana Ross performing as the Legendary Billie Holiday in the 1972 film “Lady Sings The Blues”.
Join us for stories, songs, art, music, laughs and hugs with this month’s Fabulous Special Guests Monisa Brown, Eric Martin (of Eric Blu & The Soul Revue), Aunt Betty Malone and Adé A Cônnére.
Come be a part of our ever-growing family. Show starts at 7:00 PM and you will be out in time for an early bedtime, complete with a song to lull you to dreamland. Just bring six bucks cash to get in and come to the Jewel Box Theater. We look forward to seeing you there.
