Rabit [Houston, TX – Tri Angle Records, Halcyon Veil] (Seattle debut)
Grime producer Eric Burton’s influences extend well beyond grime, bearing traces of noise, industrial, and ambient music, among others. His earliest releases as Rabit pushed the genre in a direction that would later be solidified by Mumdance and Logos. With two releases for Tri Angle under his belt, as well as releases for Diskotopia, Soundman Chronicles, and Irish label Glacial Sound, Burton launched the label Halcyon Veil last year with releases from international artists expanding the genre.
