For up and coming vinyl DJs or those who are just interested, Chloe will take us through the basics of a turntable. Learn the ins and outs of the machine, how to balance the tone arm, what needles are good for basic DJing, what anti-skating is, how to hook up a turntable to a mixer and more!

About Chloe Harris
Chloe Harris / RAICA has built a deep and longstanding career in music in various forms. She’s been a part of what’s been going on in Seattle and around the world since the late 90’s. From record shops to radio shows, from deejaying to producing, she’s been working hard always changing and growing musically. Nestled into her RAICA project, she plays hardware live, building a reputation for intuitive and multifaceted sets full of improv’ed sounds and mutations, adapting to the specific evening.
