Not to overwhelm you with more news about the eagerly anticipated new Capitol Hill nightclub “Q” but it behooves us to mention that they are now hiring staff over on Craigslist:
Applicants must have high volume bar/club/restaurant or luxury hotel experience and a desire to work in an environment with big earning potential as well as one that demands excellence from its staff.
Q is a totally inclusive Capitol Hill club. So if you’ve got a problem dealing with customers who are gay, straight, lesbian, transgendered, male, female, black, white or whatever else, then we’re absolutely not the place for you.
I guess that answers any doubts whether or not Q is going to be a club for the ENTIRE community…and, we know plenty of hungry folk just achin’ for a classy job. Better get your butts over to that Craigslist ad and get that resume in…the competition will be FIERCE!
And, their website went live over the weekend…so far it’s only a main page but we have an idea that you’ll be seeing a lot more content very soon. And, check out the hours listed. We’re LOVING that long Happy Hour from 6 to 9pm. Too many places have overly brief Happy Hours; many people don’t get off work until 6pm. We approve!
Q is on track to open Saturday, September 8th.
