Game Day at Windy City Pie
August 26, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
So popular we are doing it again. Drop on by for some LGBTQ-flavored (allies also welcome) gaming and socializing.
Note: This event is an age restricted event (21+) as it is inside of the distillery.
Batch 206 Distillery & Windy City Pie are allowing us to use this space at no cost. The space is located off Elliott Ave. W, near the Magnolia Bridge, next door to the Downtown Dog Lounge. We will be at The Distiller’s Table, the semi-private dining area.
Coordinators for this event are Randy McKinnon & John Cantrell-Blaine. We will be bringing some games to play, and encourage anyone to bring games you’d like to play.
Windy City Pie has a delicious selection of Chicago deep-dish pizza available, as well as local libations (non-alcoholic as well) for purchase. Of course, since they are offering us their space for free, please consider buying a food or drink if you can and please treat the staff well.
We start at 1 but feel free to drop by when you are able! It’s nothing formal.
Feel free to drop by and meet cool people without partaking of games, that’s fine too.
If you haven’t played a board game since Sorry and Monopoly, no worries. We’re very friendly to new players.
Feel free to invite friends and such! (Please note that since this is a closed group, events may not be public to non-members, so feel free to invite them to Queer Geek! Seattle if they want to RSVP, or they can just show up.)
