Some highlights from my last week out and about on the hill.
Wednesday WET @ RPlace
Last week I made it to WET, don’t remember much of the night but luckily I ran into Gregor who took this picture of us making sure I didn’t forget.
Met up with Andrew and Mat from Purr and helped convince Andrew to join the WET competition. Didn’t take much convincing and he took first place, that boy knows how to work it! Next time your at Purr make sure to congratulate him.
Saturday
Saturday was a busy day and was unable to check out the Choke Shirt launch but if you get a chance swing by and check them out at 920 S. Holgate St Seattle, WA. Choke Shirt is LGBT owned and has been keep boys looking fresh with their awsome shirts for the last 2 years. Follow them at http://www.facebook.com/chokeshirtco
Started the night off early at Grim’s pre-opening party at 7pm with $2 wells which was such a great idea and such a bad idea.
Grim’s is billed as
Steampunk meets Silent Hill in Seattle’s newest restaurant/lounge recycled, reclaimed, salvaged and re-purposed for your pleasure.“
LGBT friendly, 2 doors down from Purr where the old Grey Gallery and coming from the same owners who do PoDog and Autobattery. The sneak peak was a night full of social media geeks both gay & straight.
Look for their grand opening this Thursday with more drink specials.
Sunday
Checked out Tangled with Matt and Andrew which was surprisingly good, then hit the Cuff with the amazing Franz Falkowski. I’m forever trying to find the best bar for a Sunday night and I wasn’t planning on going to the Cuff but as we walked by I heard the Smiths playing. The Smiths are the quickest way to my heart. So we dipped in for a few drinks as they played the Smiths greatest hits.
Ran into Justin & Greg from Purr then left to hit up latin night at Neighbors. I am always looking for the best place to go on a Sunday night and I have finally found it. Neighbors was amazing and packed.
If you see me out hit me up and say hi.
