Peaches Christ Brings Her Midnight Mass Experience To SIFF For A Screening Of “Sleepaway Camp”

Beloved San Francisco drag legend PEACHES CHRIST is once again ready to descend upon the Emerald City for an exciting event…she’s teaming up with Fangoria Magazine to bring her podcast MIDNIGHT MASS to Seattle for a very special live screening of the cult classic horror film from 1983, SLEEPAWAY CAMP! AND, it’s happening during Seattle LGBTQ+ Pride Week!!!! AND/AND, it’s a’happenin’ at SIFF’s gorgeous SIFF CINEMA DOWNTOWN aka “The Cinerama” and no, we’re never going to stop calling it that!!!

Peaches will bring her Midnight Mass co-host, the dreamy Michael Varrati with her PLUS “Sleepaway Camp” star Felissa Rose for a night of performances, Q&A’s and an actual screening of the film itself.

Oh, and we should mention that Seattle is the first stop of a multi city tour of this event…they’ll bop down to Olympia the next day, (June 25th) for a show at the Capitol Theatre, then hit Portland’s Clinton Street Theatre on Friday, June 26th.

Join Peaches Christ, original star, “Angela” herself Felissa Rose, and Midnight Mass co-host Michael Varrati for a one-night-only celebration of the cult horror classic Sleepaway Camp. The evening begins with a wildly entertaining live show featuring an opening drag performance, a live onstage conversation with Felissa, Michael, and Peaches, followed by an ’80s Camp Costume Contest with audience participation. After the live show, settle in for a screening of Sleepaway Camp on the big screen!

VIP ticket holders will be invited to a special meet-and-greet with Felissa Rose, Peaches Christ, and Michael Varrati at the start of the film screening, including a photo opportunity and autographs (up to two items per guest). Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time camper, this is a unique chance to experience Sleepaway Camp like never before.
