Does the new Bond film, “Skyfall” contain some hot man on man action? Reportedly, there’s a scene where the new Bond villain played by Javier Bardem erotically caresses Agent 007 once again portrayed by Daniel Craig. The 2 actors are being coy about the alleged scene but hasn’t Bond always been a bit gay? I mean, he’s fastidious about his clothes, cars and his cocktails and the theme song is frequently sung by a gay icon: Shirley Bassey, Nancy Sinatra, Lulu, Madonna and now Adele. Not to mention the whole sex addiction thing…we’re pretty sure Bond has a Grindr account…
There’s lots of stuff to do today (Wednesday, October 17)...The CityArts Festival kicks off with David Byrne and St. Vincent at the 5th Avenue Theatre; Jackie Hell and The Witches Titties are headlining one of the final nights at the soon to move The Funhouse”; our good friends at Collide-O-Scope are putting on a special Wednesday night show at Re-bar with the theme “Some Like It Filthy” including some nasty videos culled from the work of Filthmeisters John Waters and Russ Meyers; and those “Darling Boys” from Bacon Strip and Pony, Kerry and James Darling are headlining their OWN variety show tonight at 10pm at The Capitol Club with several special guests. It’s called the “Breezy Time Variety Hour” and you can expect all sorts of divine boylesque/draggy/alternative theater goodness…Frankly, it was about time Kerry & James got their chance in the spotlight…frequently, when they back-up other performers, they steal the show. These boys are STARS, not extras…Check them out!
