If you ARE Trans identitfied, or want to support the Trans community, then head to Cal Anderson Park today at 5pm for Seattle Trans* Pride March/Rally/Party. More info here, but the Trans community is takin’ over Cal Anderson all evening with speeches, performances and booths. If you are Trans identified or an ally, show up and some point and support the “T” in LGBTQ!
For jocky types and supporters of the championship winning Seattle Storm, then head to Key Arena for tonight’s big Pride Night game against New York Liberty. It’s very, very, very LGBTQ…even more so than normal, and you only have a few more hours to buy advance tickets, (though there should be some at the door, too, hopefully). Here’s the skittles about the event:

We know millions of our Lady Loving Lady friends will be at Key Arena…then, heading to The Wildrose itself for their infamous BUSH GARDENS yearly beloved outdoor beer garden/mega Pride party. The chain link fence gate opens at 6pm and goes all night long (meaning 2am) and continues Saturday and Sunday. DJ Kipp Rawk and L.A. Kendall and Lady Jane and DJ Jdub are all on hand at some point, and there’s a Wet T-Shirt Contest plus 15,000 square feet of naughty fun with FOUR bars,THREE beer stations, a photo booth, games, a Beach Club, and allegedly, SAND! It’s the one weekend of the year where our Scissory Sisters In Arms, get just as down and dirty and naughty as the gay boys. Expect lots of hangovers and regret some Monday morning…but hella amounts of fun in the meanwhile…
For those of you under 21 and unable to partake of the one billion events denied to you, there are options as well…there’s the GLSEN Youth Pride Dance at All Pilgrim’s Church at Broadway & Republican from 8pm to 11pm. For more under 21 options, check out the calendar for Queer Youth Space as well.
As for the rest of us booze hounds, here’s a sampling of those one billion booze powered options…Q is kicking off their three day Pride Orgy of Big Name EDM DJs with ROSABEL, the Grammy nominated duo. Q also has the advantage of having a new and expensive HVAC system, so it hopefully won’t be one trillion degrees inside the club…just hawt enough to encourage the disrobing of shirts…
Meanwhile, over at The Cuff, the awesome LADY BUNNY is in town to host Sunday’s Big Cuff Beer Garden, but she’s here EARLY to take a turn as a DJ tonight…pop on by for that bundle of fun.
Down at R Place, our arch nemesis Wendy Ho and the lovely Jujubee will be joined by the FABULOUS Latrice Royale for a very special show of raunch and dragginess.
But, the big poo event is Nark Magazine’s GENDER BLENDER, happening at Neighbours with a superstar line-up of talent including our own Jinkx Monsoon, Alaska Thunderfuck, Honey Mahogany, Mykki Blanco and a buttload of local talent for a HOT glittery night of excess that benefits Gay City Health Project. There WILL be a few tickets available at the door at $40. The night will be broken up into multiple segments with Show #1 happening at 9:30pm; Mykki Blanco going on at 11:30pm; another show at 12:30pm (we’re guessing that will be the Jinkx portion) then a late night, 18+ show at 2:30am. Exhausting amounts of fun!
If you crave a more mellow, laid back, but ultra sexy fun time, then head to Re-bar for the special Pride edition of the hot new monthly party, COCK & BULL, with special guests Honey Bucket and Ade. Zexy, zexy fun with the men of Collide-O-Scope!
After all that, collapse for a few hours, then get up and do it all over again for Pride Saturday!!!!
