Adriana Sparkle’s brand new class: HELL ON HEELS!!!
If you’ve ever wanted to learn the confident swagger that drag performers exude on stage, now is your chance! All the way from Saint Petersburg, Florida, Adriana Sparkle will be here for one day only to teach you how to strut your stuff and ooze that confidence and flair that only drag can deliver!!
Hell on Heels is a class that has been designed for you to strut out of the fire and brimstone, as a smoldering sexy lil’ devil!
Class overview:
We will open with stretching, and struts across the floor.
You’ll learn foundation movements such as the sexy walk, turns, grooves & posing.
You will leave the gates of Hell feeling comfortable and confident on the dance floor, your only limit…will be your imagination!
You will walk away with a mini routine and combo moves that will help you take either your performance game or your dance game to the next level. This class is for all level of performers and anyone looking to gain more moves and confidence.
All genders and peoples welcome.

About Your instructor:
Adrian Sparkle is Florida’s premiere bearded Drag performer. Morphing into any mythical being she wishes, this bearded mermaid has traveled far and wide to come entertain, teach, and delight you! She has been performing Drag for almost 10 years and has won several titles including Ms. City Side!
When: Sunday September 29th
Time: 2 PM to 4 PM
Location: Theatre Puget Sound in Studio G
NOTE FROM SGS: The Theatre Puget Sound (aka “TPS) studio rehearsal spaces are located on the 4th floor of the Seattle Center Armory Building (also known as the Center House; aka “the big ass old building in the middle of Seattle Center with the food court in it). The elevators to reach the 4th floor are located on the NORTH side of this huge building (for Seattlites, that would be the side of the building closest to Mercer Street). Depending on the time of day/night, it can be a chore to gain access to the building and/or to find the elevator to take you up to the 4th floor.
Attire: Bring high heels to help you strut. Only wear as high a heel as you feel safe in. If you don’t want to wear heels you do not have to. .
Wear clothing you can move in but not bell bottoms or long flowing skirts, as you may trip doing some of the walks and turns. Yoga pants and t-stirts are fully approriate. We do not recommend jeans
NO FOOD in the studio please.

Spots are limited to 25 people and is open to everyone over the age of 18 years old.
We will ask for you to sign a release of liability upon your arrival as this will be a physically active class.
