Forward Flux Productions presents AFTER ORLANDO, an evening of short plays and other performances in response to the shooting at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida. The performance will be at Raisbeck Performance Hall at Cornish College of the Arts.
The evening will feature new play readings, music and performances from a diverse collection of Seattle artists including: Charhys Bailey, Matt Aguayo, Hisam Goueli, Alex Guy, Laura Aschoff, & Diverse Harmony Men’s Chorus, and many, many more.
The new plays are written by: Rohina Malik, Ian Rowlands, Anders Lustgarten, Emilio Rodriguez, Jeremy O. Harris, Zoe Laufer, Jennifer Maisel, Korde Tuttle, & Antonio Arauz.
Directors include: Kyle Baiz, Andy Buffelen, Welsey Frugé, Rachel Delmar, & Jose Amador.
AFTER ORLANDO is an international playwright driven theatre action including over-seventy playwrights form the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Africa and Australia. Plays have been specifically written and curated in response to this tragic event and will be read at over 40 venues across the country and in the UK throughout the fall. It is produced in association with Missing Bolts Productions Inc. (Blair Baker & Zac Kline artistic directors) and NoPassport Theatre Alliance and Press (Caridad Svich, fonder).
