ARTSGIVING IS ABOUT YOU!
‘Tis the season for giving and Copious Love’s annual Artsgiving is back again to set the stage for Seattle’s performing and visual artists! Artsgiving began at our Artistic Director’s dinner party as an artistic potluck. One person wanted to cook as their art, so the rest of us were left with physical and metaphysical contributions – which we lovingly called “Artsgivings.” Flash forward, this is our 5th annual FREE open-mic gathering of performers, musicians, theatre artists, painters, dancers and designers… and we want YOU to help us celebrate ART in all forms!
This year Artsgiving will happen right after a saturday night showing of “CODENAME: KANSAS, Witch Hunter!” at the beautiful 12th Ave Arts Center! Mark your calendars! Saturday November 14th.
Bring your favorite *3 minute* act, song, poem, dance, performance, ANYTHING and share it in front of an audience of your fellow artists. Artsgiving is where anyone and everyone is welcome to share their art and express themselves.
You bring what you need for your piece, we provide the venue, mic and audience!
This year Artsgiving will be hosted by non other than Miss Saya Jean & Kevin G!
It will be one for the books, folks, DO NOT MISS THIS!
