AzuQar’s 2nd annual Pride Kick Off party is here and we are excited to be working with Seattle Pride and the #GetWoke crew for this 2018 event! We are celebrating pride kick off at out home Re-bar Seattle where they will host us until 3am.

Come out and help AzuQar Queer Latinx Dance Night and our resident DJ’s Wonder Twinz, Julie Herrera and Cristina Ortiz give a warm Seattle welcome to the Get Woke: Queer and Trans People of Color crew, including DJ Stunt Queen (Randall Jenson) with host Candice Marie and Monica Beverly Hillz (trans activist & S5, RuPaul’s Drag Race)

#GetWoke is an interactive dance party experience, playing lots of hot diva dance, hip hop, latinx and ballroom vogue beats. Their crew will be hosting a “best runway contest” for audience members ($50 cash prize to winner – audience choice) and featuring interactive performances by their team. This event is sliding scale $10.00-$20.00, and 50% of proceeds will go to a local LGBTQ POC non-profit. If you’ve been to one of our parties you know it’s hard to just sit around and it’s harder to leave so come dance with us until 3AM!

Azuqar was started with a passion for dance, with the motivation to create a space for the LGBTQ community to experience Latin rhythms in the most inclusive environment, with the best local DJ’s.
