Join world champion martial arts expert and self-defense instructor Mac. S. McGregor at BASH BACK! A Social Outreach Seattle Self-Defense Class open to ALL AGES.

BASH BACK! will be like no other self-defense class you’ve ever taken. Participants will not only learn valuable skills to physically get away from an attacker or protect yourself against people that may want to commit a hate crime and you find yourself as their target, participants will also learn about, hold, and train with a personal stun gun, Kubaton, collapsible baton, safety whistle, and more!

At SOSea, we believe that EVERY person has the right to protect themselves and we work to empower the people that take our self-defense training so they won’t fail to act when a situation spirals out of control. You don’t want your attacker taking away the weapon or self-defense product you were going to use on them, to now be used against you. TRAINING and becoming FAMILIAR with self-defense is necessary. If you are going to get bashed, learn how to BASH BACK! and get safely away from the situation.

There is a suggested $10 donation to attend and participate in the class, however, SOSea never turns someone away based off of income. We ask that you maintain integrity and donate if you can, but remain understanding if you cannot.
