Boxing Fitness Class

Come hang with Coach Genevieve Corrin as we learn new skills, challenge ourselves and build a rad boxing community.
Who is this class for: Womxn, Grrrls, AFAB, Trans and Non-Binary Folx. All bodies and all fitness levels welcome!
What can you expect from this class: To sweat! We will be focusing on conditioning, skill, application and foot work. We will often use focus mitts and heavy bags. Instructors may ask you to bring a mouthguard for some classes.
What should I wear/bring: Water bottle, comfortable clothes and shoes. We have hand wraps to borrow (free) or purchase for $10.
Arrive early to get your hands wrapped. Class begins promptly at 5:30pm on Wednesdays and 11am on Saturdays.
Cost: Sliding Scale $10/15/20 – no one will be turned away for lack of funds. First class is $5 and if you bring a friend you get 1/2 off!

Parents/Caregivers: If you want to come to class but don’t have childcare, hit us up! We’ll work something out.
