Bringing a selection of heavy hitting dark sounds of dubstep, drum n bass, jungle, and hip hop, this event delivers contrast with the additional aesthetic of world class costuming, high caliber stage performers, and a featured artist gallery. CALYPSA gathers a vast spectrum and diverse array of Progressive & Unique Artists, as they work together to bring awareness in humanitarian efforts and operate as a charity sponsorship. CALYPSA communicates through art and diversity to bring forth change from the West Coast to worldwide.

CALYPSA as an Entertainment Production Collective offers high caliber cross-cultural entertainment concepts and acts as a platform for dance, burlesque, theatre, as well as circus arts. This includes but is not limited to – acrobatics, contortion, aerial, pole dancing, fire dancing, & sideshow. No matter what the visual atmosphere or musical genre, CALYPSA takes pride in making it all come to life and giving the audience a memorable experience.

From hosting one of Seattle longest running weekly parties to date, to city nights with Kurt Cobain, Re-Bar has been a safe place for eccentric local artists for many moons, and has the stage space to produce an amazing experience.
