“Local hero”, “Creative Director”, and “Lost Boy”, are just a few of the titles given to Sean Majors, who has over the years become positioned as one of the most vital arteries in Seattle’s burgeoning dance music scene. As Creative Director of Seattle’s award-winning Q Nightclub and partner in the esteemed “Upper Left” team, Majors takes shaping Seattle nightlife to task by curating over 100 club events per year, hosting some of the important names and parties this city’s dance music underground has seen.

As part of the beloved “Lost Boys” unit, and solo performances abound, Sean’s sets have been known to push envelopes while still tying the audience to the dance floor. Hunt & Gather warmly welcomes Sean to the EPIC stage for a 4 hour ride that is not to be missed.

Think about the last time you went out and heard something (or someone) new. When you were entranced, surprised, intrigued, delighted by what was coming out of the speakers. When you ditched the crowd at the bar and found a new one on the dancefloor. When you forgot what time it was, what year it was, when you stayed out later than you thought you would because you couldn’t bear to miss the next record, or the next few.

The best DJs live and breathe music all day long, but you only get to hear them for an hour at a time. It’s time to change that. At Epic, it’s all headline. Every month, talented locals and visiting guests will take over the whole Re-Bar, for the whole night, so you can hear what they’re all about. Not just what they can find the time to play in a one-hour slot, but what they’d play for you and your friends in their living room. Not just the hits, but the inspiration behind them.

Open to close sets are a true test of any DJ and a challenge that most live for. They are a chance for the DJ to immerse the dance floor in the groove, shift the focus across the full experience and tell a complete story.
