A panel of GSBA members representing the breadth of our organization will be posing questions to candidates for some of the most important legislative races in our region. Hear where our future leaders stand on economic issues for the LGBTQ community.

Eli Allison (Owner, Repair Revolution), Jaebadiah Gardner (Owner & Managing Partner, Onpoint Real Estate Services, LLC), and Dana Savage (Managing Partner, Helios Law Group PLLC) will be using their experiences as small business owners to ask candidates about their ideas for economic development and justice in our state.

Barb Wilson, Director of Government Affairs at Vulcan, will be the moderator for the event.

PANELIST BIOS
Eli Allison is the shop owner and an automotive technician at Repair Revolution. Eli has had a passion for cars since childhood and founded Repair Revolution with a vision to empower clients by teaching them about their vehicles and build community for poeple that want to learn to work on their own cars. This is a complete paradigm shift from how business usually done in the automotive industry, which is often set up in a way that leave customers feeling taken advantage of. Eli intends to shift customer’s experience in the industry to on that is educational and fun.

Jaebadiah Gardner is the Managing Partner at Onpoint Real Estate Services. He oversees the property management & development divisions, and is the driving force behind business development, real estate development and acquisition opportunities. Jaebadiah earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and later earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Western Michigan Cooley Law School. Jaebadiah was introduced to real estate as a Project Engineer for Turner Construction building commercial high-rises in downtown Seattle. Jaebadiah’s focus is building business through investments, partnerships and community.

Dana Savage is the Managing Partner at Helios Law Group. In addition to managing the general operations of the firm, Dana leads the business and civil litigation practice groups where she represents clients in cases involving small businesses, civil rights advocacy, family law, debt defense, and crisis management. Dana’s primary areas of expertise include multi-jurisdictional litigation and high asset contractual disputes. As one of the few trans attorneys in the state, she also maintains an open-door policy of providing free legal advice and emotional support to Washington’s transgender community.
