Join us on Friday, May 10, 2019 as HitGirl hosts a benefit to fund a scholarship for one lucky wanna-be-DJ-gal for the Camp Spin-Off 2020 session!

Featuring HitGirl DJ’s: Julie Herrera and Aundrea, along with special guests: DJ’s Longstocking, Joy and Mz. Artiz.

About Camp Spin Off: Camp Spin Off is where DJ’s go to play! Campers between the ages of 13 and 17, turn their curiosities and dreams of learning how to DJ into reality during an action packed week at summer camp!

Camp Spin Off is the only specialized overnight summer camp focused on building a positive outdoor learning environment where you can live, eat and breathe DJ culture with people that share the same passion and interest.

For one week each year, we bring together the world’s best DJs, instructors, speakers, performers and counselors. Our unique program of events and activities keep everyone involved and assures each camper leaves with new skills, new friends and an unforgettable experience.

No DJ Experience? That’s ok!

Camp Spin Off fosters a peer-learning environment, so campers of all levels of skill are welcome. Some of our campers arrive at camp without ever touching turntables before, and that’s ok! All campers have a chance to engage in all of aspects of DJ culture including the history, music production and work with a variety of music equipment and software. More advanced and return campers have the opportunity to work on more specialized DJ techniques, as well as music programming.

Camp Life

Campers stay in comfortable cabins equip with air-conditioning and restrooms. When campers are not in classes or workshops, they can enjoy plenty of free time for practicing, swimming, rock climbing, zip lines, or play a game of basketball. At night there are s’mores at the camp fire, night hikes and an epic themed “Silent Disco” dance party on the last night of camp.
