Hoop record release show!! We have been waiting for this moment…. our debut LP ‘Super Genuine’ gets flung into the world.

We are going to play the whole album cover to cover, with special singer Allyson Foster from Anacortes who sings on a lot of the songs on the record.

Black Belt Eagle Scout, the solo project of Katherine Paul from Genders (Portland, OR), elicits depth of emotion with spacious post-rock riffs and melodies.

‘Super Genuine’ is a soft rock album for people who are sorting out unhealthy power dynamics, whether it’s with a friend, a partner, a family member, an authority figure, or the dystopian reality we all live in.

‘Super Genuine’ will be available in LP, CD, and cassette formats (via Decency Den Records, Jigsaw Records, and Lost Sound Tapes, respectively).
