Join us for a fun-packed weekend of Pride celebration events!! Thank for Biscuit Bitch for your generous contribution to cover the costs of this celebration!!

Schedule of events:

4:00-9:30pm Drop-in! This will include games and activities planned by youth interns from Lambert House; see the schedule below for specific activities. Ongoing projects/opportunities include: sign making for the parade, hair dying, board games, Lambert House t-shirt decorating, flower crown making, and more!

4:30pm Water balloon fight and paint twister! Bring a towel if you can; we will have some available (but not enough for everyone!).

5:00pm For those of you that don’t want to get wet and dirty, we’ll have Super Smash Bros going in the house!

6:00-7:00pm Dinner with Divas! This is a home-cooked meal prepared by some of our amazing meals volunteers.

7:00pm We’re going to play some games of Fibbage (http://jackboxgames.com/project/fibbage/)! Bring a mobile device to participate; we’ll help you get set up at the start of the game.

8:00pm We’ll decorate our Pride Parade vehicles with banners and rainbows! Help make them look beautiful!

9:00pm Karaokee! No explanation needed!

9:30pm-9:00am Lambert House Sleepover!! Must sign up in advance, have been to Lambert House at least TWICE prior to the 25th, and be in good disciplinary standing. There will be a cap of 20 youth for the sleepover; Sign up at the Lambert House front desk.

We’ll have a schedule of volunteers/interns going with youth to and from: HEYO Presents Gender*Fierce and GLSEN Washington Presents Youth Pride Dance so you don’t have to miss out on the dance fun!

10:00pm For those that want a quieter night in, we’ll show a queer movie.

9:00-10:00am Pride Brunch! For all Lambert House youth, youth’s invited adult guests, and Lambert House volunteers!

10:00am: We’ll head down to the staging area for the Pride Parade. Come with us, join us at the staging area, or jump in anywhere along the parade route when you see us! All Lambert House youth, volunteers, and alumni welcome! The parade end time for us will depend on where we are in the lineup and if the parade starts on time. We’ll bring lots of bottled water for everyone in our group!

Lambert House programs and services are for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, & queer youth, and supportive allies accompanying them age 22 and under (unless otherwise specificied for a specific event).
