Pike/Pine Protected Bike Lane Community Design Workshop
October 25, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The City is installing protected bike lanes in the Pike/Pine corridor — connecting the 2nd Ave lanes with those on Broadway — by the end of 2019. In this vital and complex corridor, it’s important that the bike lanes are safe and intuitive for people who ride bikes, and that the changes to the street meet the needs of everyone who travels, shops, dines, attends school, lives, works and owns businesses in the corridor.
Whether you bike, walk, roll a wheelchair, drive, skateboard, or take the bus, your perspective is important!
You’re invited to a Pike/Pine Protected Bike Lane Community Design Workshop, on Thursday, October 25, 2018, at The Summit on Pike Street.
We’ll roll up our sleeves at 6:00 p.m.; the doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Free dinner and drinks provided. All are welcome.
