Planting Seeds: Relationship Communication Toolkit
June 16, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Ready to find the courage to speak your truth in your relationships?
Are you able to make requests of your partner without fear of rejection?
Do you embrace the mess in relationship?!? Would you like to practice forgiveness and accountability with kindness and compassion for self and other?
Come and play with Randy and Grace for this evening workshop to develop tools for communicating and manifesting your Relationship intentions more consciously. We’ll address:
> Co-creating a common language in partnership to foster more ‘ease’ in understanding each other on emotional, challenging, or triggering topics
> Practical coherent communication tools for capturing the essence of what your partner is really saying
> Specific strategies for making requests around your needs, desires, and boundaries
We will immediately apply these tools and strategies towards inviting the intentional relationships you truly want into your life, as well as using them to take your existing relationships to a whole new level of communication. Our exploration will also specifically address non-traditional relationship structures, with the added complexities and beauties of what happens when you live outside the box.
Anyone ready to design and manifest a conscious relationship is welcome, whether you’re new to this work or already on the path. While the focus of this journey is on romantic connections, the tools and strategies offered can have a powerful influence on all of your relationships, from family to business to friendships.
Open to individuals, couples and moresomes of all race, ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation and relationship structures.
Come with an open heart and a curious mind ready to play, dive deep and find your edge with a group of like-hearted individuals.

After deconstructing his high-powered (executive job, 9 yr marriage, go-go-go, gotta get ahead) life two years ago, Randy has immersed himself in personal growth to live more consciously each day. Having discovered an abundance of happiness through deeply loving relationships, spiritual journeys, mountains of emotional work, intense self-enquiry, and continuous experimentation, he shares thoughtful insight and science-based programs about living from the heart through private coaching, interactive workshops and group trainings. He currently focuses his efforts to helping people build personal resilience, show up more authentically, and shape conscious relationships. Randy balances current research in emotional physiology, wisdom from Eastern and Western traditions, and lived experience into a playful blend of enthusiasm, fun, and depth in personal transformation.
