The 1st RUFF Seattle Party of 2015 will be an all-out war between Vancouver and Seattle. The Canadian RUFF army will be led by Vancouver’s own DJ Adam Dreaddy. The American RUFF army will be led by Seattle’s DJ Rob Winter.
