A Winter Evening of Art, Music, and Lights!
Free and open to the public.
This winter, SAM brightens your season with dynamic programs connecting art and the environment for all ages. On December 17, let the park ignite your creativity and dazzle your senses—walk the path lit with the glow of hundreds of lights and luminarias. Make art, listen to music, sip a hot drink, grab a sweet bite, and take in the sights. Come wearing your best light-inspired ensemble and become a part of the art experience.

LIGHTS & LUMINARIAS
Discover the entire park transformed by light. Luminaria candles line the Z Path while you walk among monumental sculptures lit to stunning new scale. Get in on the action by wearing lights and becoming an art installation yourself!

SAM Performs
Throughout the evening, listen to one of Seattle’s best dream pop bands serenade you as you explore the park’s dazzling displays. At 7:15 pm, take part in an energetically explosive procession of music and light down the Z Path with the fresh and powerful sounds of Chaotic Noise Marching Corps.
Food Truck Eats
Grab some sweet and savory bites from a few of Seattle’s favorite food trucks.
