The 2015 Gregory Awards
October 26, 2015 @ 7:30 pm
Theatre Puget Sound (TPS) is proud to present the 7th Annual Gregory Awards at Marion Oliver McCaw Hall on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 7:30pm. The Gregory Awards celebrate theatre arts in our region, honor the outstanding achievements of our theatre practitioners, and raise the visibility of the local theatre scene as a whole.
Veteran Seattle actors Bhama Roget and Kate Jaeger will host, and Seattle based Michael Owcharuk will lead the band.
In addition to 95 nominees across 18 categories, we will also honor Timothy McCuen Piggee, our 2015 Gregory A. Falls Sustained Achievement recipient. As a vital part of the Seattle’s theatre ecosystem, Timothy has taught and directed at Cornish College of the Arts for 21 years, as well as directed productions and readings at Seattle Repertory Theatre, Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center, Village Theatre, Freehold Theatre Lab/Studio, Seattle Children’s Theatre, and many others. He’s been honored with dozens of local and national awards, including the 2015 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship and 2012 University of Utah Distinguished Alumnus Award.
Tickets are $35 in advance for General Admission. For $75, Prime Ticket holders enjoy reserved seating, a champagne toast with Jean Falls before the ceremony, and an expedited drink line. For $150, VIP guests enjoy all the benefits of Prime Ticket holders as well as admission to an exclusive VIP & Nominee Reception on October 18 at The Studios (in historic Downtown Seattle).
