On November 12th and 13th craft chocolate makers, confectioners, cacao farmers and industry experts from around the world will converge at the world class SMITH COVE CRUISE CENTER located at Pier 91 on the city of Seattle waterfront: A BRAND NEW VENUE for 2016! The 200,000 sq. ft. (18,500 sq. meter) venue will host our 8th annual festival. It is a beautiful show space, easy to navigate, large main show floor, and expansive education program areas.

We present an extraordinary Education Program, the largest of any industry convention or public show in the world today. All workshops are included with your ticket price for admission to the festival. With an all-star lineup of speakers, this year’s festival is sure to make you a chocolate expert. There will be a workshop every hour from 10am to 4pm. Topics will cover how to taste chocolate, cacao sourcing, tasting fresh cacao fruit, what makes an artisan, chocolate innovation, chocolate maker stories, and many more.
