Nooner: Glee’s Amber Riley is a STAR, baby! Don’t you forget it!

We love Glee’s Amber Riley. Her big chops and in your face personality are one of the few pleasures of Glee, (for me) and her character Mercedes needs a LOT MORE screen time. Less annoying Lea Michelle please and much more Amber Riley. And, the lovely Amber has scored a big fashion layout in the new issue of Essence magazine and she is rockin’ the hell out of these clothes. Girlfriend looks GREAT in these zexy, zexy fashions and she knows how to work the camera, unlike Ms Michelle and her dumbass “Blue Steel” posing on the Red Carpet. (Yes, I really, really dislike Lea Michelle).

And, in the Essence article/layout Amber talks about her love for Chaka Khan and the influence the singer had on her own career. Also, Essence is spearheading an effort to get Chaka Khan on Glee…but, I wouldn’t hold your breath on that happening. That show is very white bread.
