It’s taken me awhile to get them up, and they’re not “perfect” yet but I’ve added two new features to the menu bar. There’s a brand spankin’ new Pride 2011 tab up on the bar that’ll feature a Pride Calendar and information as it becomes available. AND, under the “Visit Seattle” tab there’s a drop down menu that features a new tab for “Places to Stay” that lists hotels and B & B’s in Seattle complete with price guide, (for the hotels; to come for the B&B’s…) Haven’t done the “Places to Eat” page yet; not sure how to do it, since there are thousands of restaurants in Seattle and many of them are “gay-friendly” but I might just list some obvious popular choices for the LGBTQ visitor with a focus on Capitol Hill and Downtown and some neighborhood favorites elsewhere.
Here’s the new “Places to Stay” page…let us know what you think.
Price Guide (based on rough average price of single occupancy room during Pride 2011. Pricing may vary based on time of year/length of stay/offered discounts and specials and obviously subject to change. Does not include taxes/fees.)
$ = Under $100/Single Occupancy
$$ = $100 – $200/Single Occupancy
$$$ = $200 – $300/Single Occupancy
$$$$ = $300 and up/Single Occupancy
