LEZBRO, returns TONIGHT, Friday, June 17th at The Wildrose (1021 E. Pike St., Seattle) for their very special Pre-Pride Edition that helps kick-off the majorly huge festivities going on at the ‘rose for the next week including their ridiculously popular beer garden/street party “Bush Gardens” which sets up shop next Friday. But, back to the subject at hand, LEZBRO, the lovechild of DJ’s LA Kendall and Tony Burns. This night for fag hags (ladies that love themselves some gay boys), dyke tykes (guys that pal around with ladies who love ladies) & fruit-flies (straight people that like to hang with the queers) has become quite a happening and the antethesis of what you normally see at The Wildrose! COME AS YOU ARE! As always, the dance floor will be flooded with all kinds of party jams!
This month’s installment of LEZBRO is an especially exciting installment as LEZBRO presents a new spin on a favorite event at The Wildrose – the wet t-shirt contest. Only this wet t-shirt contest is a TRANNY WET T SHIRT CONTEST! Yep, you read that right! Contestants set to be onboard are: ArtStar, Jackie Hell and Cherry Sur Bete! You can bet this is going to be one HELL of a show! Better yet, The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence-Abbey of St. Joan will be on hand to judge the contest and co-present this evening, which will benefit Camp Ten Trees, the awesome non profit, summer camp for LGBTQA and questioning youth, and the children of LGBTQA parents, which contributes an invaluable service to our community. Come and give back, people! It’s PRIDE for god’s sake! All proceeds after expenses will go to Camp Ten Trees.
