Queer Winter Market Set For December 14th At Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center

November 11, 2025• byMichael Strangeways

Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center, formerly Gay City, is back with a new seasonal market giving local vendors and creators a chance to sell their art and products to the community. The winter holidays are around the corner (actually, they’re lurking ominously in the shadows…) so it’s the perfect opportunity to snag LOCALLY created goods by LOCAL artists and not just buy a lot of plastic crap online from corporate dickheads!!! Thus, a win/win!!!

The Winter Market happens on Sunday, December 14th at the Center at 400 East Pine Street, on the corner of Pine and Bellevue from 12Noon to 5pm…masks ARE REQUIRED!!! HELP KEEP THE COMMUNITY SAFE AND HEALTHY!!!

This Queer Winter Market will feature around 30 vendors selling unique wares, from prints and stickers, to jewelry, treats, accessories, and more!

Whether you’re getting in a little self-care or hoping not to get pasture deadline for holiday gifts, our Queer Winter Market hopes to connect you with a variety of QTBIPOC artists and creators. Celebrate our creativity and come out to support your local queer community simply by shopping! This event is going to be a ram-bunctious time, so we hope you’ll flock to this year’s winter market.

Our Queer Quarterly Markets are free to vendors and visitors, but donations are accepted to make these markets possible. If you would like to be a community partner to support future Queer Seasonal Markets, reach out to market@gaycity.org!

In his spare time, he gets slightly obsessive about his love for old movies, challenging theater, "otters", vodka, chocolate, "I,Claudius", Lizzie Borden, real books made out of paper, disaster films, show tunes, Weimar era Germany, flea markets, pop surrealistic art, the sex lives of Hollywood actors both living and dead, kitties, chicken fried steak, haute couture and David Bowie. But, not necessarily in that order.
