You have THREE screens to choose from for Thursday, October 20, 2011 at the Seattle Lesbian & Gay Film Festival as the Admiral Theater starts screening films today including the documentary “Married in Spandex”, the very quirky comedy “Spork” and the excellent drama “Gun Hill Road” starring Esai Morales. You also have the option of TWO parties for Thursday, the official SLGFF West Seattle Party after the screening of “Spork” which starts at 9pm at Heartland Café, 4210 Southwest Admiral Way AND a private party for the locally filmed movie “Judas Kiss” at 11:30pm at Lobby Bar after the screening of that film at the Egyptian. Here’s some skinny on the party which is also a fundraiser for Equal Rights Washington:
Filmed in Seattle, at University of Washington and Lobby Bar, Judas Kiss is making its homecoming at the Seattle Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.
Come out and meet the cast and crew, on Thursday October 20th. There will be a screening and Q&A at 9:30 pm, followed by the after-party 11:30 – 2am at Lobby Bar in support of Marriage Equality.
Everyone is welcome and a suggestion minimum donation of $15 includes a drink. There will be raffles and prizes, signed posters and special stuff. All donations will go to Equal Rights Washington’s push for Marriage Equality in Washington.
