Celebrate this important community milestone!

The Capitol Hill Station Development, the mixed-income and mixed-use development project that surrounds the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, will break ground June 19, 2018.

A celebration will be held on the site of the future public plaza, near the intersection of Broadway and Denny on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 5-7 p.m.

Come and enjoy food and drinks from local purveyors, live music and a pop-up farmers market.

Located atop the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, the transit-oriented development includes four buildings and will provide 428 apartments, including 178 affordable apartments, approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and 210 underground parking spaces. The development will also include a community room available to the public and a public plaza that will serve as the home of Capitol Hill Farmers Market as well as a venue for other community events.
