Love & Anger: 6 o’clock show! Christopher Jones, Andy Burian, Matt Dalton
February 11, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Love and Anger is a rare, live early evening show at Pony. We’re excited to share three of our favorite local singer/songwriters with you. However your heart is feeling right now the more love and community you can be around for the next four years the more healing for us all.
About the artists:
Christopher Jones:
Better known as the piano accompanist for cabaret performance Mal DeFleur “a jewel in the night sky over Paris”, this recherché solo performance of Christopher Jones is simply an empty space in which unfathomable passions may implode. Piano and Voice come together as two lonely moons of Mars lost in their seemingly eternal orbit of a dying planet.
Andy Burian:
Another sidekick straying, Andy Burian plays the drunk-mute accompanist of Princess Charming! Not much is know about Princess’ guitar-wielding partner in crime (whatshisname?) but Andy Burian is an actor and musician who studied theatre in Texas and now runs around Seattle making music with a drag queen. Basically, living the Sweet Life.
Matt Dalton:
“A student of voice from an early age, Matt Dalton was raised around Catholic revival meetings that taught him the meaning of transcendence through music, and that a song can have more power than any god or goddess ever could.”
The Pony opens at 3, show at about 6.
