Sunday February 5th is the opening for a revolutionary new night located at The Cuff. Kicking off at 6pm, Bottom 40 is an aural gallery for the absolute finest in music selected and compiled by only the best musicians and DJ’s, ranging anywhere from disco, soul, electro, italo, house, funk, tribal, indie, acid, R&B, nu-disco and techno from all generations, but never inches to the top of the boring billboard charts.
Under the same name, Bottom 40 is also the creation and home base of Seattle’s first queers only DJ Collective, contributed to only by the highest caliber of queer musicians who vehemently stick to their integrity and prowess in musical selections and mixing.
Spearheaded by DJ’s Nark and Riff-Raff (also opening your first night), the Bottom 40 collective sets out to raise the bar not only at The Cuff, but anywhere it travels to as well. We’ll keep you posted here as more details roll out, until then you can find this revolution building each Sunday at The Cuff.
