I’m not equipped to rewrite all this information about Seattle Quake’s Homocoming Week which starts tomorrow so I’m taking the lazy man’s way out and doing the ole “cut n paste”. If you love the Quake, support them in the next week…or, at least buy them a drink at one of their after game events.
Yes that’s right it’s time again for Homocoming Week.
We invite all Quake fans, friends and especially our Quake Alumni to come out and spend some time with your favorite rugby club.Saturday, February 12
Quake A vs Quake B (+ Old Boys and Alumni) Scrimmage & Drink Up
Location: TBD (either at Hiawatha or Magnuson)
Time: TBD (but most likely 12 PM or 1 PM)As many of you know the Quake now has two sides and we will be kicking off the Spring Season with a Quake vs Quake Scrimmage. We highly encourage any of our alumni that might want to pull out their rugby boots and get a run in to bring their rugby kit. Chances are with our current numbers we would only be able to get you 10 or 15 minutes match time but it would be great to have some of our alumni with us on the pitch. We can always have a third half if there is interest for people to get more play time.
The Quake scrimmage will be followed by a Drink Up at the Cuff. This is where it would be great to have our alumni in full force helping us to teach our rookies some rugby songs and traditions.

Quake vs Kitsap & Drink Up
Location: Magnuson #5
Kickoff: 2 PM
Drink Up: Cuff after matches (A-side and B-side), approx 5:30 PMHomocoming week concludes with our first union match of the Spring. This is sure to be a great match as we finished the fall half tied with Kitsap (for 3rd overall in our division) in Bremerton. We are definitely working towards having our home match ending in a win. We would love to have all our Quake fans, friends, sponsors and alumni in attendance. As you know the Kitsap guys know how to party and it’s always a fun drink up with one of our favorite rugby clubs.
Obviously if we don’t see you during Homocoming Week we would love to see you at our future matches or social events.
