Stuff To Do. Tonight, 2/8/11:Lobby Bar offers up a “Precious” night of LOTR trivia/”Rock of Ages” opens at Paramount.

Must leave house on a Tuesday night. Must go to bar. Must play Lord of the Rings trivia with other LOTR nerd fanz and drink cocktails…Yes, it’s “Big Gay Trivia Night at Lobby Bar” and this week’s theme is (nearly) everyone’s favorite movie trilogy of fantasy films, Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings starring those adorable homoerotic Hobbits and their big, furry feet. The fun starts at 7:30pm…the question remaining: how many fantasy fans are going to show up in costume?

For musical theater fans, you have the option of attending the Seattle premiere of the Broadway hit, Rock of Ages with everyone’s favorite American Idol runner-up, Constantine Maroulis. It opens tonight at the Paramount and runs through Sunday. Tickets are still available for this Hit Parade of favorite 80’s hits. You know you haven’t lived until you’ve heard the 8,739th rendition of “Don’t Stop Believin'” (That song has made Journey about $4 billion dollars I’m guessing…) We’ll be there and bring you a report/review tomorrow…Honest!
