YUP! You heard it here…Mr. Savage over at The Stranger hinted at it last night on SLOG and I started snooping around and found out the skinny. The Stranger and Trouble Dicso are holding a Pre-Pride event on Saturday, June 18 at 9pm at Fred Wildlife Refuge (98 Belmont) on Capitol Hill in a benefit for The “It Gets Better Project” that they are calling “Pre-Pride Bouncy Ball”. You might remember The Stranger and Trouble teamed up last year for a zexy cruise event; this year they’re staying landlocked but they’ve upped the star wattage bringing in RuPaul Drag Race Season Three winner, Raja to entertain the “troops” not to mention Scissor Sister DJ, Sammy Jo. There’ll also be a Bounce House, a Savage Love Sex Advice Booth (manned by Mr. Savage?!?!?) and enough decadent fun to shake a glow stick at. Tickets haven’t apparently gone on sale yet, but we’ll keep you posted and they’ll be available through the Stranger’s ticketing site.
Sounds like a Bouncy Fun way to kick-off Seattle’s Pride festivities.
