We’re over the “Rapture”…but we’re pretty sure the jokes about it will continue for at least another 72 hours. How tired.
Not a joke, but probably pretty damn funny, Collide-O-Scope’s Saturday night screening they’re calling “Judgement Day” at Central Cinema. Video/Film junkies Shane & Michael have a great line-up for their first Saturday night gig including some classic Bloopers and found footage oddities. You’ve seen their work at Dina Martina shows; check out the Video Hijinks starting at 7pm and doors open at 6pm…remember you can drink and eat at Central Cinema. Tickets at the website.
For fans of “Jocks in Frocks” check out the Emerald City Softball Association’s “Miss ECSA 2011 Pageant” at R Place starting at 6:30pm. I’m really not sure what it’s all about, but we’re guessing it’s to raise funds for ECSA and to have a good time watching amateur drag. Here’s what the invite says:
